Training and Behavior Documents (pdf)
CCRC's goal is to make a lifetime match between our dogs and our adopters. In addition to helping you choose your new best friend, we provide ongoing assistance with training and behavior issues. We offer a free DVD full of training advice, and a lifetime of telephone support. The documents below address many of the most common problems and they are a great place to start when trying to problem-solve. To speed up the process, you can print out the form below and bring it with you. If you are having trouble filling out our online application for a dog, you may also print that out from the link below and fax it to us or bring it with you to a show. Finally, if you are returning or surrendering a dog to us, we ask that you print and fill out the Owner Surrender form and bring it to us along with your dog.
