ADOPTION APPLICATION

You only need to fill out ONE application, regardless of how many dogs you might be interested in meeting. Also, when you submit the form, the screen may look blank. Scroll to the top of the page to see a confirmation message. Please do not submit the form multiple times. 
Adoption Fees:
  • Adults $220
  • Puppies $295
  • Seniors $150

People with a valid military ID will receive a $50 discount on any dog.

Adoption Fee includes:
  • Spay/Neuter
  • Age-appropriate vaccines
  • Microchip
  • Deworm
  • Heartworm Test (adult dogs)
  • Free vet visit with our vet partner

  • Credit Card

Additional Information:
  • Some dogs may have special adoption requirements
  • We are a volunteer run organization and we do our absolute best to respond within 48 hours to review an application. 
  • We are unable to hold dogs
  • Filling out an application does not guarantee adoption

Once an application has been submitted, it will be reviewed for the dog you applied for, and we will contact you with the status of your application within 48 hours. If the dog is still available and would make a good fit for your home, we will ask you to schedule an appointment to meet the dog and complete the paperwork for adoption. Sometimes our emails end up in your spam/junk folder, so please keep an eye on that. If you have not heard from us after 48 hours, you may email [email protected] or call (248) 834-9419 to have someone follow up.
