Canine Companions Rescue Center obtains its dogs from animal control agencies because those dogs are often facing euthanasia within days or even hours.  We do not take "owner surrenders", however many groups out there do so please try contacting others if you have a dog you would like to place with rescue.  If we have spoken with you on the phone about taking a return or doing a courtesy post for you, please fill out the form below.  Please DO NOT use this form unless you have spoken with someone in our group in advance.   If you are returning a dog, please remember to bring all paperwork from the original adoption as well as any vetting that has been done since.  Thank you!
